McCartneys Surveying Department is part of a strong independent professional firm established in 1874 that has developed to serve its clients throughout the West Midlands and Welsh Borders with pride and expertise.

We offer a comprehensive service for building related matters including:

House surveys (home buyers survey and valuations and building surveys)
Planning applications and drawing board design work
Building regulation and grant application
Contract administration
Project management including schedules of works and specification

We also act as expert witnesses in building disputes.

Our Surveying department is spread over a broad area, from Brecon and Builth Wells in the west, to Leominster, Ludlow & Church Stretton in the east and north of our catchment area. Headed by Mr Michael Edwards, a chartered building surveyor, we are able to offer a large range of surveying services to suit most clients' requirements.
